Control from production process:
- We don’t send parts out for pretreatment, all process would be supervised under inspection department
- 7 stages pretreatment meet international standard
- Baking at high temperature after power coating to ensure the paint finish
Control from material:
- All bolts and screws are of SS material
- Mild steel ERW rectangular tubes or sheets 1.2-2.0mm thickness, meet EU standard
- Plastic material is of ABS only. Durable and Sturdy. At least 10 years lifetime. Different colors for options.
Control from inspection:
- Process inspections after cold working, acid washing,powder coating and assembling
- Final inspection before loading in random checking
- -SGS third party inspection available if required
